Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Joining the Program
By filling out the sign up form you will automatically become an affiliate and are bound by the terms of this agreement. Your participation in the program is solely for this purpose: to legally advertise our website to receive a commission on products purchased by your referral individuals.

I will not pay a commission on a purchase of a product that you make through your own affiliate account. Once an affiliate has generated some sales, I will happily supply a review copy of the product.

2. Revocation of Affiliate Status
Your affiliate application and status in the program will be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
* Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading hyperlinks)
* Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc…)
* Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities
* Violation of intellectual property rights.
* Tampering with any affiliate codes, cookies or the affiliate tracking system in any way.

This program can be canceled at any time, at my sole discretion, with no notice. All earned affiliate payments will be paid after 30 days.

3. Payment Details
You will earn 25% of the cost of any product sold through your affiliate tracking link.  Once your total sales volume has passed 20 copies, I will increase your commission level for all subsequent sales to 30%.

I retain the right to change the product pricing at any time, including price testing and special discounts.

I will payout all owing affiliate payments monthly, once your balance reaches $25. All payments will be held for 30 days, which is the length of our money-back guarantee. Any refunds provided during this time will cancel the affiliate fee for that transaction.

I may reverse any commission paid to you, and subtract said commission from future payments to you, if I receive a chargeback on a transaction made by a client referred by you.

Payments are made around the first of the month, for all qualified commission of the previous month.

Affiliate commissions are based on and paid in US Dollars.

4. Cookie Expiry and Overwrite Policy
Like most affiliate programs, this system works by leaving a cookies on the visitor’s computer after they visit this site through your link. This cookie is set to expire after 90 days.

If the visitor comes to this site through your link, and then revisits this site through another affiliate’s link, you cookie will be overwritten by theirs, and they will be credited with any sale that happens after this.

5. Terms of the agreement
These terms will begin upon your sign up with the affiliate program and will end when your affiliate account is terminated. The terms of this agreement may be modified by me at any time, and posted on this page. If any modification to the terms is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change.

6. Liability
I will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of “intents of harm” to the program or our website. I do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or products sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of the affiliate program and our website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

This Affiliate Program provided is provided on an ‘as is’, ‘as available’ basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or Non-Infringement.
